Data Deletion Request / Anleitung zur Datenlöschung

If you wish to delete your data associated with Outletlite (including data linked via Facebook/Meta login or integrations), please follow the steps below.

What can be deleted

Upon a verified request, we permanently delete your account data, order history (subject to legal retention exceptions below), stored contact/request data, and any data received via Meta/Facebook integrations that we control.

How to submit a request

Send an email to privacy@outletlite.com with the subject „Data Deletion Request“, including the email address associated with your account and, if applicable, your Facebook account email.

Identity verification

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm your request from the email address on file before processing it.

Processing timeframe

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements.

Legal retention exceptions

Some data (e.g. invoices, order records) must be retained for the legally required period under German commercial and tax law (HGB, AO) even after a deletion request, and will be deleted automatically once that period expires.

Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted or, where retention exceptions apply, once the eligible portion has been deleted.
