Statutory right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers in accordance with our full Withdrawal policy. It also provides the electronic withdrawal function and the model withdrawal form.

This page does not replace the withdrawal policy.

Cancellation before contract performance

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@outletlite.com. Whether voluntary cancellation is still possible depends, in particular, on whether the goods have already been dispatched, an external delivery or fulfilment process has already been initiated, or performance of a digital or bespoke service has already begun.

Statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty and other consumer rights remain unaffected by the possibility of voluntary cancellation.

Digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire early in accordance with section 356(6) BGB. The necessary conditions and declarations are explained in the Withdrawal policy .
