Data Deletion Request \/ Anleitung zur Datenl\u00f6schung<\/h2>\n

If you wish to delete your data associated with Outletlite (including data linked via Facebook\/Meta login or integrations), please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

What can be deleted<\/h3>\n

Upon a verified request, we permanently delete your account data, order history (subject to legal retention exceptions below), stored contact\/request data, and any data received via Meta\/Facebook integrations that we control.<\/p>\n

How to submit a request<\/h3>\n

Send an email to privacy@outletlite.com<\/a> with the subject „Data Deletion Request“, including the email address associated with your account and, if applicable, your Facebook account email.<\/p>\n

Identity verification<\/h3>\n

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm your request from the email address on file before processing it.<\/p>\n

Processing timeframe<\/h3>\n

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements.<\/p>\n

Legal retention exceptions<\/h3>\n

Some data (e.g. invoices, order records) must be retained for the legally required period under German commercial and tax law (HGB, AO) even after a deletion request, and will be deleted automatically once that period expires.<\/p>\n

Confirmation<\/h3>\n

We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted or, where retention exceptions apply, once the eligible portion has been deleted.<\/p>\n
